Abstract

ABSTRACT A presumptive Vibrio isolate with a multidrug resistance profile was isolated from surface seawater collected from a coastal canal in 2014 and identified as Vibrio navarrensis, designated as strain DA9. Here, we report a 5.1-Mb draft genome sequence of strain DA9 with a G + C content of 47.5%.
